Supporting women since 2019

Support through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Doula-led virtual support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, designed to fit your life and give you the guidance you actually need.

Hey, I’m Rohana!

I’m a doula, yoga teacher, and mother of four, offering virtual support to women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I came to this work after the traumatic birth of my first child, and it shaped everything. It showed me how much support matters—and how different things can feel when you’re informed, listened to, and not navigating it all on your own.

Since becoming a doula in 2019, I’ve supported families in a way that is grounded, flexible, and centred around real life—not perfect scenarios.

Because life isn’t neat. And support should meet you where you actually are.

Support that fits your real life

Life doesn’t always allow for perfectly timed appointments or in-person support.

Whether it’s location, family life, work, or simply needing flexibility, you deserve support that works with your life—not against it.

Working virtually means I can be in your corner in a way that is consistent, accessible, and responsive—when you actually need it.

Full Spectrum Virtual Doula Support

Ongoing support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

This is the most in-depth way to work with me.

We move through this season together, with consistent support that allows you to feel prepared, supported, and not alone at any stage. Whether you need space to talk things through, guidance as you make decisions, or reassurance in the moment, you have someone in your corner (or, actually in your pocket).

This isn’t about rigid structures or overwhelming you with information. It’s about steady, personalised support that adapts to you.

Virtual support may include:

  • Birth and postpartum preparation sessions/calls
  • Emotional support throughout your journey through text, meme or voicenotes
  • Space to explore your options and what feels right for you, and time to digest it too
  • Ongoing voice note / message support after birth
  • Gentle guidance when things feel uncertain or overwhelming. I will never tell you what to do, but I will offer suggestions or options if you ask me for them.

When you know that you want consistent, real life support across the whole journey, I’m in your corner.

A Day of Support

These are focused, personalised support, where you fit it around your schedule.

Sometimes you don’t need ongoing support, you just need someone in your corner right now.

This is a voice note-based support over a chosen day where you have access to me through hours of 9am-10pm. You can share what’s coming up, ask questions, process thoughts, and receive guidance in real time, in a way that fits around your life.

It’s spacious, responsive, and deeply personal, without needing to carve out time, get childcare or cram 104757383 questions into a formal 1 hour zoom call.

Perfect for families who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed or stuck
  • Preparing for something specific
  • Processing thoughts or decisions
  • Wanting support that fits into a busy or unpredictable day

I created this because wanting flexible, real-time support should be enough. You deserve to feel supported without committing to months of it.

Single, Specific Sessions

From birth planning support and fear release sessions to birth debriefs – these can be for you, your partner or both together.

If you’re on a budget, or you know that there’s a really specific thing you need support with – like putting your birth preferences on paper, or moving through a fear, then this is what you’re looking for.

I offer:

  • Birth & Postpartum Planning sessions – we gather your preferences, create a list of non-negotiables and then chat about what your birth may or may not look like, what support you’d like/need, what support your partner may like/need, and ways to meet those needs. It’s not about a perfect plan, it’s about one that feels safe and believable to you.
  • Birth Debriefs – for a conversation about your birth experience, and space held where you can share, be witnessed and if you want to, use some energy release techniques to allow your body to process and let go of that energy.
  • Pre-birth Fear Release sessions – whether it’s a fear of needles, hospitals, blood or general anxiety over the ‘what ifs’ that come with birth and parenting – we use energetic tools to support that fear being released.

When you’re looking for a small but powerful next step, this is where you invest next.

As I work with you, I lean into my experience as a doula, yoga teacher, and my ongoing personal study of the nervous system, birth imprints, and my own parenting journey, to bring as much lived experience support alongside evidence based guidance and approaches such as EFT & mindfulness techniques where helpful.

What it’s like to work with me:

This isn’t about being told what to do. I’m neurospicy – we work with capacity, energy levels and spoon theory in my world. If that’s what you need, I bring that as much as anything else.

I won’t tell you what choices to make but I will be the someone who:

  • helps you understand your options
  • holds space for you to process what’s coming up
  • supports you in trusting yourself

I bring a calm, conversational, and deeply human approach to this work – drawing from my experience, my training, and tools like breathwork and gentle emotional support techniques where helpful.

You don’t need to show up perfectly here. The myth of the good mother is something we are actively working to dismantle.

You are enough – just as you are. Show up in your messy glory, that’s part of the beauty and creates bigger joy.

Kind Words

“Although my birth didn’t go to plan, Rohana remained a calm and steady presence throughout. Afterwards, she gave me the space to talk openly and process the experience, helping me look at the birth in a different light.”

— Charley ~ virtual doula support

“You made sure both my partner and I were comfortable and gave us space to ask all our questions. After our session we felt closer, like we are more ready to do this together now.”

— Sophie – birth planning session

Rohana gave me the confidence to advocate for myself and plan the birth I wanted. I ended up having a beautiful VBAC and feel so much lighter in this postpartum. Rohana didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know, she supported me to believe what I already did, that interventions had caused my last birth to be so traumatic. She didn’t pressure me or say one way was best, she just let me feel, move through and decide what was best for my family.

— Sharon – power hour

You don’t have to navigate this alone

There’s no perfect way to move through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.

But there is a way to feel more supported, more informed, and more steady within it.

Whether you’re looking for full support or just someone in your corner for a moment, you’re welcome here.

If you’re ready for support, I’d love to hear from you.
